3. Application Fees

• Online applications: Free of charge
• Paper applications: R200 (non-refundable)

4. Required Documents (PDF, under 512 KB each)

• Undergraduate South African Applicants (no previous studies): No documents required.
• Undergraduate Transfers: Submit previous/current academic record/transcript.
• Undergraduate International Applicants: Certified passport, school leaving results, and academic transcripts.
• Postgraduate South African Applicants: Submit academic records/transcripts.
• Postgraduate International Applicants: Certified passport and academic records/transcripts.

Supporting documents must be emailed to ujappdocs@listsrv.uj.ac.za with your UJreference/student number in the subject line.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF (max 512 KB per file).
Attach and label each document separately.
